Started from an “Impossible” Dream
When the idea of Revolution Express was first pitched, many shook their heads. How could one revive giant machines that had been sleeping for decades? How could they operate in the 21st century?
But our Founder had a different belief.
He believed that the core value of travel is not reaching the destination fast, but the emotion felt in every kilometer. He wanted to create a real-life “time machine,” where travelers could touch history, smell the coal smoke, and gaze at Lang Co Bay through wooden window frames just like the aristocrats of the 1900s.
The reason to start was not profit, but national pride. A burning desire for Vietnam to own a world-class heritage train, standing tall alongside the legends of Europe.
And this 2026, that “impossible” dream will be breathing white smoke over the Hai Van Pass. Follow us to discover the people bringing Vietnam’s railway legacy back to life.
