From succulent oysters grown in the adjacent Lap An Lagoon right outside our door, to the local fish caught offshore in traditional fishing vessels, there is something for everyone and we embrace local cooking methods handed down over the generations to better savour the sweet tastes. Our station celebrates independence and with that come traditional brass bands marching along the platform and the haunting tones of Vietnamese female vocalists who sang songs of personal loss and sacrifice during the Vietnam war.
