Here, farmers welcome you to join them in their daily work such as casting nets, lifting traps, and gathering the morning’s catch as they share stories of growing up on the lagoon.
Continue across the still waters, where rows of oyster cages float against a backdrop of mountains hidden by drifting clouds. At the farm, learn how oysters are raised, passed down through generations, and taste them straight from the shell, fresh and briny.
Back on shore, take a basket of oysters to our nearby cottage. With a farmer’s harvest in hand, our chef prepares a hearty oyster dish alongside other regional specialties. After the meal, transfer back to Lăng Cô station or your next destination.
