Along the Danang – Lang Co – Hue railway, the line weaves through mountain passes, hand-carved tunnels, and dramatic coastal cliffs — a route shaped by nature, history, and time. Once a vital link for trade and movement, it now offers travellers the chance to rediscover beauty in the slow, unfolding rhythm of the journey.

Michael Gebbie (Chairman)
More than 30 years living and working in Vietnam, Michael has always had a love of the country and people, and a wish to share the history of this unique country with visitors from all walks of life. After founding a travel company in Vietnam many years ago, a desire to build on his personal interest has finally come to fruition with the launch of Revolution Express.
Hoang Quoc Hoi (General Director)
Hanoi-born with some formative years working in Europe, Hoi returned to Vietnam and embarked on a number of start-up businesses, some of which crossed over with Michael and led to a shared dream to revive Vietnam’s proud history of steam rail travel and to tell the story of Vietnam’s journey to independence.
Ms. Linh Dinh (Marketing and Communications Manager)
Tran Duy Cuong (Project Manager)
Cuong has 15 years experience in hands-on project construction management. He brings strong structural and organsiational skills to what is a project with many moving parts. Willing to jump into any issue, Cuong is adaptable as required in order to bring this unique project to fruition
Tien (Depot Manager)
Tien by now has impressed Mike with her eloquence and vibes and will be a good addition to the team. She brings skills in sales conversions and execution and has a strong base in digital.
